Welcome to a space of understanding and growth. As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. I completed my R.C.I approved M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Post Graduate Institute of Behavior and Medical Sciences, Raipur, affiliated with Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University. My academic journey also includes a Master’s degree in Psychology from Sarguja University, Ambikapur, where I topped my class, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Honors from Holy Cross Women’s College.With a comprehensive skill set in clinical psychology, I specialize in clinical interviews, diagnostics, and various therapeutic techniques. My expertise spans individual, group, and family therapies, crisis and trauma counseling, as well as psycho-social rehabilitation. I am equipped to conduct psychometric assessments, including IQ, personality, and neuro-psychological evaluations. My experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, couple therapy, and motivational enhancement for drug dependency has enriched my practice.My passion lies in supporting underprivileged children and women through culturally sensitive approaches. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment that is both empathetic and innovative, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.Together, we can navigate the path to mental well-being, guided by evidence-based interventions and a deep understanding of human behavior.
