I am Forum Poojara, I have completed my masters in clinical psychology from MSU, Baroda. I have been in the field of mental health for 3 years. I have the experience of working with children, youth and adults in addressing concerns with, Autism and ADHD, youths and grown-ups going through tension, anxiety, stress, anger management and relationship hardships.

My work incorporates providing counselling, therapy, psychometric evaluations, internship trainings, and furthermore leading emotional well-being mindfulness programs. Through my sessions, I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space, with equivalent regard to individuals.

Additional Certification - Relationship counselling and CBT for OCD.
