Hi, I am Alvina, I completed my MSc in Counselling psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. My professional journey is embarked by my passion for helping people and my belief in the transformative power of counselling. My experience has been enriched by collaborations with various organisations and psychologists allowing me to refine my skills in this field.

Drawing from my diverse background, I adopt an eclectic approach in my practice, tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Throughout my career, I have addressed a wide range of concerns, including interpersonal issues, relationship conflicts, workplace stress, and mood-related issues.

I am deeply committed to fostering a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we can navigate the  challenges you are facing and venture into a path of personal growth and healing.
