I am Rajalakshmi, a Counselling Psychologist and practicing Hypnotherapist with a decade of experience. I derive my inspiration from the Person-Centred approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My goal is to truly comprehend individuals, empower them to recognize their inner strength, and expand their perspectives.

During my tenure of a decade in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) company, I've had the privilege to assist and empower individuals grappling with familial challenges, relationship issues among couples, social and professional interactions, mental health well-being, career advancement, and recovery from traumatic incidents and substance misuse. My expertise primarily lies in the domain of suicide prevention and crisis intervention. Additionally, I have organized orientation sessions for EAP within well-known multinational corporations and have also led workshops and online seminars for employees, covering themes concerning both professional and personal growth.
