FAIR USAGE POLICY FOR TRIAL PLAN USERS

The Able Mind is committed to providing accessible and affordable mental health support to everyone. In order to ensure that all users have a positive experience, we have implemented a fair usage policy during the trial period.

• Feel Better in 15:

  Trial Plan users are limited to 30 minutes of chat with a therapist per day. This is to ensure that paid subscribers are not inconvenienced by long wait times.

• Therapy over Text:

  Therapy with your counselor, at your own pace, with a daily word count limit.

• Resource Library:

  Trial Plan users have access to up to 10 articles on mental health in our Resource Library

• Calming Music and Guided Meditation:

  Trial Plan users have access to 30 minutes of calming music or guided meditation per day

• Self-Assessments:

  Trial Plan users have access to 3 free self-assessments and gain insights into their mental health.

• Your Story and Mine:

  Trial Plan users are welcome to make unlimited contributions to The Able Mind Your Story and Mine. This is a great way to connect with others and share your experiences.

Once your 3 day trial period is complete, you'll need to purchase one of our affordable subscriptions to continue using our platform. Our subscriptions give you access to therapists at a low cost, so you can continue on your journey to enhanced well-being.
